A little about me

Co-founder and clinical director of the Anxiety Clinic of Sonora (CAS) and Centro de Atención Para Adicciones (CAPA). I have over 12 years of experience as a clinical psychologist and more than 10 years doing mental health and digital businesses.

I graduated from the University of Sonora as a general psychologist with an interbehavioral orientation. I am passionate about behaviorism and consider it the best philosophy for the study of psychology. I have experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and currently practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Integrative Couple Therapy.

In Hermosillo, Sonora, I lead a team of outstanding behavioral psychologists from whom I continue to learn about our users and those of us who make a living from this profession.
